Also known as the Holy Lance or the Spear of Destiny, is a weapon that's nothing short of legendary. Having said to be used to pierce the side of Jesus during his crucifixion, it isn't just religiously and historically important. It's also said to hold a tremendous amount of magical powers due to having been imbued with the blood of Christ.
While it has long been considered lost, it is said to have been rediscovered during the time of the First Crusade. Ever since, it's disappeared once more and has been sought after by many, rather ambitious people and conquerers.
In The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
In the TV show, the Spear of Longinus is primarily used to get rid of supernatural beings that would otherwise be indestructable and/or immortal. Lilith, who is desperate to revenge the death of her child, strikes a deal with Caliban in an effort to retrieve the blade. A blade guarded by the Centurion of Golgotha in Hell of which she's been banished for the time being.
"Fine, it’s because I want the throne and crown. I’ve worked for them, I’ve earned them, they’re mine. And if he won’t give them to me, then let’s gut the bastard and I’ll take them for myself."
— Lilith
Agreeing, Caliban retrieves the blade for her and Lilith tries to use it to bargain her son's life. Which doesn't go as planned and instead, she ends up using it to end Lazarus'. When Lucifer doesn't want to give the first witch and mother of demons her powers back, she decides to take matters in her own hands. Stabbing the Dark Lord using the spear, she drinks his blood and banishes him from Hell. Left to wander the Mortal Realm instead.
Current Location
It is currently unknown where the Spear of Longinus is located in the real world. Despite this, it is claimed that there's a fragment of the spearpoint kept in St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City. It's also claimed that the spear can be found in the Imperial Treasury in Vienna.

One thing is for certain however. The weapon is very much alive and kicking in pop culture. Such as the game series Final Fantasy, the anime, Neon Genesis Evangelion and it even made its appearance in the DC Universe. Where it'd ended up in the hands of Hitler.
