Spooky times

This story can be scary, if you can't handle it, then please skip it. We don't want to give you any nightmares.
It was a dark night, with many stars in the sky. They were shining brightly and brought a little light to us. The doors were closed and the pumpkins shone light through their faces. Some of the faces were cute, some were scary or even weird. People and children walked around in costumes and knocked at every door asking for sweets. The so-called supernatural beings, witches and angels for example, walked around as themselves. This was the only day they could walk around with their wings or normal appearance.
What no one knew, was that this Halloween would be different from every Halloween before. At first, it was quiet and fun, until a female scream could be heard all over Greendale. The high-pitched voice echoed along the walls and was terrified. Children looked up, adults looked up. Nothing, nothing could be seen. A minute later that voice sounded again with a thunderbolt this time. The children started to shake and scream. The scream came again, and again and again, with thunder in the background.
A little further up, on the northside of the city, did the scream came from. It came from the front yard of an old house. The pumpkins were moving and the wind was blowing hard. A woman stood in the center, in a white dress without a mouth. That was a remarkable thing. She had no mouth and her hands were also covered in blood. The woman's scream resumed, without showing that it was really hers.
Before anyone could approach her, the witching hour was over and the whole house disappeared, along with the garden and the woman. We don't know whether she will be back next year, but one thing is for sure. It was a strange phenomenon that made many children pee in the pants.
