Welcome to Hilda's Cooking Corner. Here we share some wonderful recipes and we hope that you're gonna love all of them. We're going to share both baking and cooking so there will be something for everyone! Today we're sharing some pasta with the taste of Christmas time!

Ingredients:

➸ 400g Pasta

➸ 1g Saffron

➸ 4 Shallots

➸ 3 Cloves of garlic

➸ 150g Asparagus

➸ Red chili

➸ 0.4 cup white cooking wine

➸ 0.8 cup Cream

➸ 0.2 cup Olive oil

➸ Salt

➸ Pepper

➸ Pecorino cheese (Other cheese if you want)

➸ Parsley

 


Instructions:

Start by dissolving the saffron in a bit of water.


Chop the shallots, garlic and asparagus. Then fry this in olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat.


Add the water in which you have the saffron, the white wine and let this boil for a while. Then pour in cream and let cook for 10 minutes.


Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the pasta, but save some of the water.


Mix the pasta with the sauce, thin with a little pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Allow to boil for a few minutes before adding salt and pepper and some chili.


Grate some cheese on top and also add some parsley.
