Ingredients:

➸ 450g bread flour

➸ 45g sugar

➸ 5g instant yeast

➸ 6g salt

➸ 160g pumpkin purée

➸ 50g condensed oat milk

➸ 150g milk

➸ 45g dairy-free butter

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients except for butter in a stand mixer. Cover the bowl and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Turn on the mixer and add the butter. Do this while you’re mixing at low-medium speed.

Cover the bowl again and let proof for 1 hour.

Transfer the dough on the counter top and divide it into 12. Roll each of them into a ball.

It’s time to make them look like pumpkins. Take some cooking string. Place the half way point on top of the ball and then flip the whole thing over. Pull the 2 pieces of string together and cross them over over to create a cross at the bottom. Then, flip it over again and do the same thing. Do this again until you have 8 equal pieces. Tie the string at the top and if you get some string over, cut it. Cover it and let it rise until doubled when it comes to the size.

Brush the top with condensed milk. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.

Take away the strings when they have cooled and if you want, decorate with some cinnamon in the middle to make it look more like a pumpkin.

We hope that you're gonna test this recipe and don't forget to tell us what you thought about it! That's all for this time, but don't forget to check back in next week for a new recipe!
